Our Story
We began crafting pasta in our tiny apartment kitchen, kneading the dough just as his Nonna taught us, using nothing but the freshest local ingredients. Every strand of spaghetti, every fold of ravioli, was a labor of love. Soon, neighbors began to notice. What started as shared plates with curious next-door folks quickly transformed into bustling weekend stalls at local farmers markets.
Word spread, and the demand for Casa pasta grew. But it wasn’t just about the food. It was about sharing stories over a hearty meal, about the laughter that echoed with the clinking of forks, and the bonds forged over shared dishes.
This flat and thick pasta from the Tuscany and Roman region is well suited for heavy sauces such as Alfredo and Amatriciana. Suggested pairing: our Authentic Bolognese or creamy Alfredo Grana Padano.
